      Measure half the waist circumference of a personal garment that fit you well. Lay the garment flat and measure straight across the waist, from seam to seam, directly below the waistband using a measuring tape.

    • Thigh Width

      Measure half the thigh circumference of a personal garment that fit you well. Lay the garment flat and measure straight across the top of the thigh at the fullest point, just below the crotch seam, using a measuring tape.

    • Hem Width

      Measure half the hem circumference of a personal garment that fit you well. Lay the garment flat and measure straight across the hem, using a measuring tape.
